We are Acada Solutions

Acada Solutions is a family-run retail company. We currently have three shops in Liverpool which are strategically located to market the smoking population.

Our core strategy is focused on customer service, bringing quality products at affordable prices to help as many smokers as possible to switch to vaping. We analyse market research and data to continuously improve on our customer service. We have been doing this for over 8 years.

In 2019, we diversified our offering by opening The Taste of Amsterdam, which serves delicious Dutch mini pancakes, hot beverages and fresh milkshakes all made in-store. This provides the local community with a place to meet and catch up with friends or family in a relaxing environment.

Our aim was to further explore our theory of a “shop-in-a-shop” model, allowing us to harness footfall and increase lingering in order to achieve cross selling.

It is our intention to roll this out on high streets with high footfall, ensuring we captivate a large customer base to generate a consistent income.

ZUQU Vape Click & Collect App

With the ZUQU Vape app click & collect system, any convenience store, supermarket, off licence or vape shop can sign up to stock and sell vape products within their stores.

This will provide their customers live visibility of all vape products that are available in stores using the ZUQU vape app. This model creates the first vape ‘shop within a shop’ technology.

CUSTOMER BUYING BEHAVIOUR

The consumer psyche is changing fast. Technology leaders such as Amazon, Deliveroo, Netflix, and Uber Technologies have raised customer expectations of speed and convenience. Customers now expect to get a taxi, watch a film, or receive a meal almost instantaneously and to make a choice based on an easy-to-assess interface or app.

Vaping is an immediate need that has not yet been treated as such. The vaping market has been flooded with an abundant variety of products, making it increasingly harder for vapers to find their specific product. This has also made it difficult for brick-and-mortar shops to fulfil their daily vaping needs.

ZUQU Vape offers the solution for both consumer and shop. ZUQU Vape is a click-and-collect app for vape products that offers customers a live view of stock levels. Vape shops, corner shops, big retailers; any shop that sells vape products will be able to sign up and be shown on the ZUQU Vape map.
